GEX Ventures, in partnership with OTC Markets and the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE), invites you to the 4th CEO Summit, where industry leaders and experts from Singapore, New York and Canada will discuss various opportunities available for local companies seeking to grow their businesses and how they can benefit through cross border listing and going public in the North American Market.
The speakers will introduce strategies on how local companies like yours can tap on North American capital formation resources and secondary market liquidity, with simple processes and fixed fee structures that removes much cost, time and complexity typically associated with going public on an exchange.

Patrick earned a doctorate degree from the University of Southern California. He graduated with a BSc in Estate Management from Heriot Watt University, an MSc in global business and marketing from The City University of New York, and an MBA from Henley Business School / Brunel University
